The owner, Roger W***, stole tens of thousands of dollars from us by submitting falsified invoices and not paying sub contractors who then put liens on our home He left us with a shell of a house that couldn't pass electrical or framing inspections The house was far from finished and we have had to pay in excessive of $40,just to correct his mistakes on a Kit house which should have cost approx $100,to build The house company provided the material and instructionsHe couldn't even follow them Subcontractors, even those he paid, have subsequently told me he had no idea what he was doingAt one point he offered to use money from another person's job to do work on our houseWe have since been told by several people that he has repeatedly changed the name of his company because he does what he did to us repeatedly and that at one point he was in business with his father who was reputable and knew how to build houses After his father either passed away or retired he went out on his own and he clearly has neither his father's ethics or skills We will be filing legal charges and filing a lawsuit

This was a job that was done by the Customers instructionWe provided men on a paid by hour basis and material was chosen by and paid for by the CustomerEven though she was alerted that this was a new product on the market and untested, she still chose to use this productWe also cleaned and removed dirt and mildew from her weathered, cracked and splintered deckThe Customer in addition to the deck floor had us to treat and coat about 20' of railing,50' of wall panels, and 20' of header and areas under the deckThe Customer instructed us to coat the wood numerous times in order to cover all of the torn, splintered and cracked-woodThe deck was completed as instructed by the Customer and the instructions by the Manufacturer and we were paid our hourly chargeWe returned several times,as instructed by the Customer to put additional coats on and charged by the hour and paid for same We did at the Customers request speak with several representatives of the Distributor, but received no money back I assume the Customer could contact the Distributor/Manufacturer and complain about the product themselvesThe Customer paid us in full for our hours We did not charge for the hours spent with distributor

Please review all the highlighted correspondence below, this was discussion in addition to phone calls with “***” who promised a refund as soon as [redacted] credited his account (He had to make a materials purchase before they would credit him) On June 23rd e-mail you will read his promise to refund the $ [redacted] (1/of material costs) that [redacted] was refunding to him As you can see I documented most discussions in e-mail to “***” and from the beginning advised how dissatisfied I was with the complete job and the coverage of the product I am asking you to request the promised “Credit” to me of $ [redacted] for the materials and I will still need to contract someone qualified to complete the job he did not If he is not willing to hold to his word and refund the money that he received from [redacted] I have full intention to contact [redacted] and make them aware and will file a claim in small claims court for the return of materials fees and money for unfinished work and not completing the job Feel free to contact me for any other information you need [redacted]

Follow up to our phone conversation this week I am in total agreement with the response received from the contractor sincere prayer email state they were awaiting the refund approximately to hundred dollars from *** *** on the product which was unsatisfactorily replied replied to my *** after they receive the refund from *** ***. Grand Horizons was going to write me a check for that amount in addition to that they did not complete the work on my deck stating that they would return "after a delay while they completed a larger industrial job" they had. They did not return after many many repeated phone calls and emails( see documentation supplied to you)After all of this correspondence with the Revdex.com if Grand Horizons still feels they are not willing to refund the money that's due to me from the incorrect application of this product my next step as I discussed with you will be moving forward with a small claims suit for the non completion of their work and the incorrect application of this productPlease let me know what your next steps will be*** ***

The house company provided the material and instructions. He couldn't even follow them. Subcontractors, even those he paid, have subsequently told me he had no idea what he was doing. At one point he offered to use money from another person's job to do work on our house. We have since been told by several people that he has repeatedly changed the name of his company because he does what he did to us repeatedly and that at one point he was in business with his father who was reputable and knew how to build houses. After his father either passed away or retired he went out on his own and he clearly has neither his father's ethics or skills. We will be filing legal charges and filing a lawsuit.

We did at the Customers request speak with several representatives of the Distributor, but received no money back . I assume the Customer could contact the Distributor/Manufacturer and complain about the product themselves. The Customer paid us in full for our hours
We did not charge for the hours spent with distributor
