Given the history and track record over a lengthy period of time with Grand Junction Federal Credit Union, and unrequited efforts to communicate with Ms. [redacted], who was often difficult to contact or discuss loan actions, consideration was given to withhold releasing the title to Ms [redacted] until the Credit Union was certain that it had valid funds applied to the outstanding loan balance.
