[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I was told by the attendant not to come backI was called crazy repeatedlyI also have a witness to attest to this foul and inhumane treatmentThe attendant didnt just count the quarters he slammed each set of quarters by the fours on the folding tableHe told me to STOP COMPLAINING!! He is an attendant, so to tell me or any customer to STOP COMPLAINING is way out of lineSince when did asking for service for my clothes to be washed properly a complaintHES THE ATTENDANT ITS HIS JOBI am outraged at ***'s response and how my complaint seemed to be fabricated to himHe denied all of the attendants actions and he wasnt even thereI have truly taken this attendants advice and haven't nor will I ever return thereWhich he shouted to me across the room 30-minutes after he had just finished shouting in my face. He wasnt monitering all washers he intentionally kept coming right where me and MY FAMILY were atI dont think I would waste time out of my life that was supposed to spent washing clothes, and getting me and my family ready for the week on finding all the info from the occupancy certificate, and then researching how to go about reporting the poor treatment I received that dreadful evening*** and his associate being minorities means nothing in comparison to how I was humilated that eveningI would appreciate a little empathy and regard to what "REALLY" took place that dayThe truth will set us all free, because witnesses saw his irratic behaviorI refuse to just let this treatment be ignored, Ive done this in the past not knowing that our system has organizations in place like the Revdex.com to help those of us that are verbally abused and mistreated in these buisnesses.Regards,*** ***

June 1, 2014To whom it may concern:My name is *** ***, Im the co-owner of Grand LaundromatIm responding to the complaint of a customerAfter | talked to my attendant about the incident, I think there must be a misunderstanding between themMy attendant is a very nice, friendly and
hardworking man in his 60sHe been helping me at the Laundromat for many yearsMany customers compliment him for being helpful and doing really good job, so I was shocked to receive this letter of complaint.As to counting the quarters from the machines, thats his job to count the coins before returning the extras to customers because a lot of times customers forgot how many extra they put in the machineAnd as for monitoring, thats also his job to make sure all the machines are working properly.Because of his broken English” he may be loud or repeat himself trying to explain himself clearlyBut he would never call anyone names, if anything he been called few names and been made fun ofI apologize if he made her felt threaten, that was never his intention to make anyone feel that wayAs with any business, we open our doors to welcome customers in, not try to scare anyone away or tell them never to come back again.The attendant and l are minorities, we do have our share of unfair treatments so we would never treat anyone unfairly because we know too well how hurtful that feels.Sincerely,
