Grand Legacy at the Park has a 72 hour cancellatioin policy. If reservations are not cancelled before 72 hours prior to the arrival date they are charged one night's room and tax if they are a No Show. That is what happened in this case. The hotel held the rooms for [redacted]...
[redacted] but the guest failed to show up. If the guest can provide proof of cancellation with either a number or a copy of an email confirming cancellation, we will be happy to further assist.
