Review: I work for [redacted]” a consulting company that offers back office services to various independently operated nursing homes throughout the country, including in the state of Colorado. [redacted] Operating Company [redacted], [redacted] received fraudulent orders from Grand Leigh Inc for 2 cases of 24 Breath O’ Spring – Ready to Use Trigger Bottles at $239.76 a case in March 2015; and for a case of 24 Scrub Bugs at $279.99 a case in December 2015. Tom T[redacted], (The “Administrator”), who is responsible for the overall management of the Facility, did not authorize nor place an order for these products. Furthermore, the contacts listed on the invoices as placing the orders are contractual employees; not employed by the Facility and have no authority to place orders on the Facility’s behalf. These employees state they did not order the products; nor have they had contact with Grand Leigh Inc. The Administrator located the shipment of Scrub Bugs unopened and unused. Sava’s outside counsel, the firm of Arnall Golden Gregory, will send a cease and desist letter to Grand Leigh Inc. and demand Grand Leigh Inc. send a courier to pick-up the products at their expense.

Under company policy, Sava’ Purchasing Department approves all vendors for Sava facilities and locations. Grand Leigh Inc. is not an authorized vendor.
