returned  as we have some limitations on items that we can accept, based on sterility or the condition of the merchandise. My staff has been instructed to be liberal where the client is concerned if at all possible. Our return policy is there to set a standard. 
I am not directly familiar with this sale or with the request to bring the item back; I am making a huge assumption to the specifics of this complaint. After speaking with my Customer Service staff, I have two who believe they know about this. I asked them to independently report their experience. Both reported that the socks were dirty and were not in resalable condition therefore they denied the client a refund. 
The client was measured at 4:52 in the afternoon and if she was experiencing any swelling, the socks could easily be too large when she would experience a reduction in swelling. Again I am unsure of the specifics and am making a generalization.
I am open to visiting with this client personally to move forward. 
Please accept my apologies for not knowing the exact specifics, but I do appreciate the opportunity to resolve this.
