Unbelievable!! I have been a customer for over years, and this bank has refused to work with me on an overdrawn account situation while I was out of townI asked simply for some assistance with the over $in overdraft fees which simply occurred due to a check that did not clear in timeThey said absolutely NOTI have closed my account, and found an awesome bank who will work with their clients when these types of mistakes occur- CREDIT UNION OF THE ROCKIESDo yourself a favor, and look elsewhere for good client service when simple mistakes occur

Unbelievable!! I have been a customer for over 6 years, and this bank has refused to work with me on an overdrawn account situation while I was out of town. I asked simply for some assistance with the over $100 in overdraft fees which simply occurred due to a check that did not clear in time. They said absolutely NOT. I have closed my account, and found an awesome bank who will work with their clients when these types of mistakes occur- CREDIT UNION OF THE ROCKIES.
Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere for good client service when simple mistakes occur.
