Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:"the customer was satisfied" ? that is absolutely NOT... true. there were many, many statements during conversations with both my husband and the mechanic where the representative from the dealership flat out LIED. The dealership authorized some additional work to be done without speaking to either my husband or I and told the mechanic we okay'ed it. Then, he told my husband that the mechanic just did it and told the dealership we okay'ed it. Both false statements, my husband actually had some honest discussions with the mechanic that completely conflict the dealership's claims. This extra work ended up costing us $189 out of pocket for things we never authorized. Sorry, but that's not satisfied. Stop lying about the details of this situation. I will never be okay with being lied to and taken advantage of, and I will absolutely not mark this as resolved after this whole mess. Especially when we found out later that the dealership was using this car as a company car to drive around in for the few months leading up to our purchased and never bothered to change the oil, which was part of our out of pocket bill. Absolutely ridiculous that you are making the claim that we said we were satisfied. Sincerely, [redacted]
