Due to unexpected deaths in the family, we did become slightly late on our payment to WFS due to double funeral costsAlthough we were behind, we did continue making payments with all late fees around 30-days behindWFS incessantly called our phones and even after explaining the situation and laying out our plans to get back on-time, they began calling our work - directly to the Human Resources DepartmentThis of course has begun jeopardizing our jobsWe've repeatedly asked them by phone and in writing not to call our workplace, but they continue to do so claiming that they are notEven after requesting they not call our work yet again, they immediately called again about minutes laterIn this difficult time, this is the last thing we neededWe're not deadbeatsJust going through a difficult family time with no understanding from WFS
