Appointment with the Ophthalmologist was fine. Optical shop tried twice to make my lenses correctly and failed both times. There are ripples in the lenses. Its like looking through old fashioned glass.
this review is concerning Grand Rapids Ophthalmology today I had an appointment to get my yearly alright exam because I am a diabetic after receiving my eye exam in which Dr [redacted] concluded that I was ok there was nothing wrong with my eyes next a young man comes in with a green jacket if I correct please do not call me and said that he was going to give me when exam for glasses alright told him that I did not want an exam or to buy glasses but somehow another between the doctor and the young man that was a prescription when I got to the receptionist counter I was told that I would have to pay a $45 for the prescription I was told regardless of what I want it or used prescription I still owe you $45 I asked to have the prescription charge to me they was going to charge it to me for an extra $10 so I pay the $45 I don't understand I was not told anything concerning this my initial visit was to get an eye exam that was it also there was a problem with the receptionist they are very rude they talk to you if though you are not responsible and then they make endo induce toward each other against the patient if you do not agree with them then they consider you as a troublemaker they talk about you between each other even when you're standing right there in front of the they also have a black female that goes right along with the cook Asian females is light certain customers of the ones and I mean certain customers certain people should I say other ones that are being picked at so I'm writing this review to let others know that this place does not have a good reputation for treating some people.
