We were called just before his arrival so we could be at home when he came We really needed a new kitchen faucet to replace one beyond fixing (the new one has a year warranty, so will outlive us septuagenarians by a lot!) Since he did not have the faucet we wanted, the company brought one up during his visit He also adjusted a water filter under the sink to give us more room Polite, affable and thorough
