DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Not only did my food take an hour and a half to be delivered when it was supposed to take 40 minutes, but the food was cold and my order was incorrect. (I live <10 minutes from the restaurant.) The driver told me I had to call the restaurant. I called and was told only the owner could give a refund and he would call me. I called twice more over 4 days and kept being told the owner isn't in and would call and give me a refund. The fourth time I called, the girl told me the owner wouldn't call and wouldn't give a refund "because you should have brought the food in if there was something wrong", despite the fact I had it delivered. At no point was I told this, and even if that is the policy, the owner (or someone) should have called with that information. HORRIBLE customer service. I'd give 0 stars if it was possible.
Horrible customer service. All of their employees are rude and if you ask to someone in charge they will give you run around hoping that you will decided to escalate your complaint. Delivery is very slow. took them over an hour to deliver to me and I live 5 minutes away. Food is mediocre and arrive cold. Do not patronize this establishment
