I was completely surprised by receiving this complaintMy staff and I treat all of our customers with the respect that they deserve, and continue to provide excellent service to all of our customersWhen Ms [redacted] has called our office we have returned her phone calls within hours to resolve any issues that she may be havingI have spoken to her directly about three weeks ago regarding the issues that she was having with our serviceI have also discussed these issues with my manager, and then the team that performs the work in her homeThis team worked at her home on May 12, 2016, and provided her with excellent serviceSince that date I have not received a phone call from Ms [redacted] informed our office about our service or the broke item in her home, and no damage report was file in our office by our cleaning teamOur office policy regarding damaged items in a home are, if an item is less than the price of a regular cleaning, the customer could replace the item and deduct the cost from their next scheduled cleanIf Ms [redacted] would have called me to discuss this and provided me with a part number I would be happy to order her a new one and have it shipped directly to her homeThis is the first registered complaint that my company has ever received since joining the Revdex.com, and we have continued to carry a A+ rating with your companyTell us why here
