Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I will not sign off until I have a letter in writing that confirms the policy was cancelled back to the effective date and the refund of all premiums has been received Regards, [redacted]

The policy was cancelled effective 09/10/because *** would not go back to the effective date of 08/28/2015. There was an earned premium of over $which we paid and did not charge Mr*** for this. We also sent her a check for $to reimburse for the payments made. Thanks, Bill Reisert

In response to complaint ID ***, I would have to determine that the accusations of any misuse or unethical behavior are falseReisert Insurance has insured the *** family and business since 1999, *** and *** *** since *** called on 2/1/to ask that *** be removed from the
*** policy as she is no longer a member of the household and her name is not on the title of any of the listed vehiclesBecause of this information and request, *** was removed from the policy effective that dayThe request of our insured was executed promptly and properlyReisert Insurance Standards have always been to be responsive to the needs and requests of our insureds.Reisert Insurance has been a family owned business since and has always taken great pride in Serving this communityReisert Insurance is still in business after all these years because We have always treated our insureds with dignity and respect.Sincerely,*** * *** *** CEO

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
Regards,
*** ***

I spoke with *** on this incident and it looks like it was a communication problem and I've pasted ***'s response below:
I wrote a policy for her husband, *** ***, on 8/28/15. It was done over the phone. I emailed her the application and she never signed it. On
9/10/she called to cancel the policy. I sent her the LPR to be signed but she wouldn’t send it backShe stated “How come you issued the policy without a signature but I have to sign something to cancel it” On 10/16/it was finally sent to the insurance company. She was upset because we set the account up on automatic withdrawals and the company kept withdrawing the monthly installment until they got the cancellation notice. The policy is now showing to be cancelled with a refund pending.*** ***, CISRWe will be sure to have Mr***'s policy cancelled flat on 08/28/and all money returned. Please let me know if anything further is needed
Thanks,
*** ***

It appears the insured regularly made changes to her auto policy with adding/deleting her husband and his vehicle or with him making changes to the policy without her knowledge(deleting her as a driver)I spoke to Ms *** regarding a possible change to her policy and she was agreeable with
the amount but did not instruct me to process the change.
Regarding her comment that she did not receive a call, I don’t usually call people back to see if they want me to make a change. I wait for a person to let me know to proceed with a change. I handed her over to *** F the next time she called due to my unfamiliarity with ***’s billing. It’s evident based on policy remarks in *** of the constant changes that were made. I have no idea what she’s referring to regarding *** ***’s mail being sent to her??? Her reference to being in legal dispute with *** *** *** *** ** over her business being LLC or DBA makes me wonder if she is trying to retrieve funds however she canI feel like we and *** have documentation to show her complaints are not legitimate. Let me know if you need anything else or have questions about my comments

I do not accept or reject the response, as I have nothing to gain from this business. I just felt it was necessary to advise of their poor practices. I should have been notified that I was being removed. Also, knowing a divorce was involved, proof should have been asked for. As they state, I also was a longtime client.

I filed a complaint once with Revdex.com. The complaint ID is [redacted]. Reisert Insurance was to cancel policy back to original date of purchase and refund all premiums. Today, December 21 I received an invoice of an amount due of $208.75, due 12/15/2015. I have yet to receive any notice in writing that states the policy is canceled nor have I received a refund. I want written confirmation the policy is canceled and refund of all premiums paid. Written confirmation of policy cancellation and refund of all premiums.
