We have reached out to our consumer with the following response.Hi [redacted] ,I received your Revdex.com case # [redacted] and I did try and call youLeft a VM for you.I also called and spoke to Adam H [redacted] the service manager over at the Phoenix store and heConfirmed that they are replacing a fuel pump under your warranty and already needed to replace the battery in your RZR.I expect that work to be completed fairly soonTo circle back on the processing of your warranty that seemed to be the biggest area of your frustration that had already been fixed by the time I initially got involved with your concerns The lack of processing was not one of Peoria’s store employees but, one with the admin side of things with the warranty processing.Either way I do acknowledge the issue is our responsibility and I apologize for you having to experience what you did If there is something more I can do for you than please call me and I will be more than willing to discussThanks!BJGM RideNow Peoria / Indian Motorcycle of Peoria Bill "BJ" J [redacted] GM RideNow Peoria / Indian Motorcycle of Peoria [redacted] ***

The Grand View Inn and Suites is refunding the $charge for smoking within the room under duressAgain, our FD manager personally verified that there was indeed a strong smell of smoke from the inside of the room that was occupied

I am rejecting this response because:
They still have zero proof that on me that I was "smoking" in the room. The manager keeps claiming that the hotel is a non smoking hotel and that she is enforcing her policy. That's great but she enforced it on the wrong...

person and I'm having to pay for it. She has zero proof of me smoking in the room besides going off hear say from another employee. It's a extremely unfair way to go about business because they are accusing a innocent person and I am had to pay a 100 dollar fee for it. In the response from the hotel she claimed that the gentleman who was also staying in the room came down to apologize for the "smoke", that is false, because when he went down to explain that when the employee came into our room and accused us of smoking, we were in fact not smoking and that we have no idea why the floor smells like smoke. So in their response it made it seem like we were apologizing for it when that wasn't the case.
