ASNY CoLLC is a rapacious timeshare company operating behind some innocent sounding names, such as *** Village and *** ResortsThey used heavy high pressure sales tactics to lure us into what sounded like an amazing vacation dealHowever, they did not disclose the full extent of the costs involved, and they promised lots of benefits which do not existThey said this timeshare would be a good investment, whereas it actually has no value at allWhen we objected to being lied to about this and many other things, they showed no interest in our complaints or concerns, and insisted that we keep payingThey have harassed us with collection calls and they have ignored our Cease and Desist letter regarding these callsAnd now they are pursuing us to foreclosure on this timeshare property which is worth nothingIt is my sincere hope that this Revdex.com review will mean that you never fall into the clutches of these wolves

In July we were staying at the Venetian Hotel and one of the ASNY reps offered us show tickets for free if we would attend a minute presentationWe agreed to do this and he provided transport to the Tahiti Village which was about minutes awayThe presentation turned out to be a sales pitch that lasted for over hours, during which other reps pressured us to make a purchase then and thereThe cost was over $17,000, and naturally we wanted time to think about it and discuss it firstSo we refused to be pushed into this and we decided to leaveBut these reps kept saying that the transport back to our hotel had been delayedThey were correct, because they were the ones delaying it, keeping us there so we could not leaveWe felt that we had to wait there because we didn't know Las Vegas very wellFinally, we were still there, the pressure built up, and we gave in and signed up
We have since found out that the reps at the presentation sold us a worthless timeshare packageEverything they told us was a lie, and all the benefits they promised us turned out to be a total scamThey told us that this timeshare would get us all sorts of great deals, including great vacations at low prices and special low prices on plane tickets and cruisesBut we have checked and the points they sold us are totally insufficient for plane tickets or cruisesAlso, I have noticed that every time we have made a reservation through the program, the extra fees which accompany it mean that the total vacation cost is more than the cost would be if we just bought it in the marketplace without the timeshareFor example, we costed out a planned trip to Mexico through the timeshare with RCI, and we could definitely get a better deal through ExpediaAnd on top of this, ASNY still makes us pay loan payments and maintenance fees as wellI believe one problem is that this Tahiti Village organization is very small so they rely on RCI to provide all these vacations which the reps promised usThey told us that "Your points can take you anywhere in the world." That's all very nice to say, but since RCI are the ones providing these vacations "anywhere in the world," ASNY have no control over the costsTherefore, it was misleading (actually lying) for these reps to promise us low pricesNor do they have control over vacationsAll of this leads me to this question; why pay ASNY at all? They are just a middle man, and they cannot even guarantee delivery of the product
These reps also told us that this timeshare was a good financial investment and would increase in value over timeAnd they also said that if we didn't want it any more, we could easily sell itSo their statement and their implication were both that the timeshare had great value and would command a good priceBut our research online indicates that this timeshare has no equity value and is worthlessPeople are selling them for next to nothingThey lied to us again!
