Grand Wireless

Review: I went to the Wireless Shop to purchase a new IPhone as I had lost mine the night before. After I had paid for a new 4G IPhone the clerk informed me that they did not have one in stock. I said I would pay the extra amount for the next best model but was informed that they did not have one of those either. I asked what phones were in stock & was told they did not have any new phones in stock. They said their delivery was coming between 11:00 & 1:00 pm that day so I left & returned a few hours later. Upon returning there was no one there so I waited another 45 minutes in my car out front. When the clerk finally did return he told me that the UPS truck did not show up. He offered to give me a used flip phone to borrow but when I refused he told me he could not authorize a refund without approval from his boss. When he called his boss he told the clerk to offer me a used loaner flip style phone. I told him I did not want a used flip phone to borrow & he said he would get his boss to approve a refund & I would receive a credit within 48 hours. I never received a credit slip ( I actually used a debit card for the purchase) & when I checked my account after the 48 hours it was not there. I must also tell you that while I was waiting for the clerk to phone his boss another customer entered the store who had the same problem & she had been waiting for three days & still had their loaner phone.Desired Settlement: I expect a refund for the amount I paid the business. I would have expected that they would have told me in advance that they did not have any phones in stock upon which I would have gone elsewhere to purchase a new smart phone.
