HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEWhen powerchair came in the motors dragged & made noiseThey said.."Take it home & let them wear in"I have had *** chairs before, and the motors are supposed to be quiet & spin freelySo I contacted ***They said the chair should go back as "Bad Out of the Box" & they'd replace itWhen I told ***, he got angry about return shipping(*** had FREE return & replace shipping, so obviously this chair came from someplace else?)Then Brad said he'd replace motors even though he was NOT an Authorized *** Repair Center (*** said it would void the warranty)He said "Anybody can replace motors"and he tried to arm twist me into accepting the chair with his repairs or he'd cancel my *** Authorization If you like faulty product, deceit & threatsgo to PeakIn the end I left Peak and got my chair from a reputable dealer elsewhereP.sIf you are handicapped, good luck getting into storeNo Handicap Ramp in front of store where I parkedI fell and got hurt trying to get up the curb
Had xxxxxx inspect a new home purchaseAs a first time home buyer I was extremely happy with the care and attention he gave me and my individual homeHe was very thorough about testing and evaluating every part of the homeThe inspection report was provided within an expected time frame and included every detail we discussed at the homeit included pictures and a diagram of the affected areas int he home
xxxxxx saved us from a potentially massive problem with the HVAC system in our home
