recently had the injectors replaced in Baton Rouge, he contacted that dealership for payment. The Baton Rouge dealer denied installing the injectors incorrectly. [redacted] became involved and said if 3 or more injectors were bad, they would be covered under warranty. More than 3 were bad so Grande began the work. In removing the injectors, we found the head was pitted and needed to be replaced. [redacted] said that was a maintenance issue and refused to pay to replace the head. [redacted] also agreed that the pitting had taken place before the Baton Rouge dealer had replaced the injectors. Mr. [redacted] had a warranty he had bought from Arrow Truck Sales where he had purchased the truck, but the warranty he purchased would not cover the head. Mr. [redacted] went back to Arrow Truck Sales requesting that Arrow pay for the head replacement. Arrow first said no, but eventually paid for the head. Mr. [redacted] wanted to have someone else pay for the head replacement so there was no work done by Grande until the Baton Rouge dealer and the warranty Arrow had sold Mr. [redacted] both refused to pay for the repair. Arrow eventually accepted responsibility and agreed to pay for the head replacement. Replacing the head does not take 2 weeks, but replacing the head plus the diagnosis of the head and getting someone to pay for the head did take the better part of 2 weeks. Grande was not at fault for any of the above. We were simply the ones that found the problems and fixed them.
