Grande Italian Restaurant

Review: Ordering lunch for several people at work and we did not recieve part of an order. When calling to advise the restaurant that we were missing an item, the answering person put the phone down and did not mute the line. I could hear them in the background saying those d[redacted] people and other non-professional language. The answering party got back on the phone and said they would not send a driver back out and would give us a credit on the next order. That was not an option for the person who had already paid for their lunch, plus a $2 delivery charge. We had a fairly large order of $70.22. I told them thank you and that we would not be ordering from them again due to the rather bad experience and lack of customer service. The driver was already compensated by the delivery charge and a tip when he delivered. But they were unwilling to bring out the missing item.Desired Settlement: The return of the $7 plus tip for that particular meal. A gift certificate for a free meal should we desire to order from that retaurant again.
