I have been trying to collect the refund for the rent from this place because I never moved inThe manager's name is [redacted] She says they aren't giving me my security deposit back because it was taken to hold the rv for meI changed my mind instead of moving in so I'm only entitled to the rent refundThe owner is the one who handles that, says [redacted] but I haven't heard from the owner nor have I received my rent refundI was scheduled to move in on July 20,It's now August 2,Miss [redacted] says she doesn't know when the owner will have time to go to the bank to retrieve the money and send it to me via US MailI changed my mind about moving there because of minor family issues that caused me to return to my hometown, Canyon LakeThe rent amount I paid is The amount of the security deposit I paid is 150.00, I thought I would be able to get the security deposit refunded as well, but apparently not?
