Grandesigns Ornamental Iron

accident my mailbox was damaged. I requested Grandsigns to give me a new mailbox. The mailbox installed has a bottom that is completely rusted. Insurance Company paid $176.55 for a new mailbox and Grandeigns installed a mailbox that has a RUSTED bottom. The owner will not do what is right.I contacted the owner and he has yet to replace my mailbox. Desired SettlementI want Grandesigns to do the right thing and give me a NEW mailbox. I did not manufacture the mailbox itself. I have been out of country for a while and plan to go by and address the mailbox. I will not be replacing the mailbox itself. I will treat the rust. The rust is inside of the mailbox, as stated by homeowner. The mailbox is manufactured by Fulton company. Homeowner stated to me that postal carrier bent box somehow. I have returned phone calls and have left voicemail. I intend to go by and address the issue by the 10th.
