I reviewed my bank statement and notice that I had a charge from Planet Fitness in the amount of $I went to my bank to stop those charges and get my money back because I am not a member at Planet Fitness and never been and have never given anyone my account information to pay membership fees at this establishmentWhen I went to my bank they told me it would be easier and faster to go through the companyI called Planet Fitness and was told if I brought a copy of my bank statement showing the charge that they would refund my moneyI went to Planet Fitness in August 14th or August 15th with my bank statementThe manager took my information and said that he would have to contact corporate and it would call me after speaking with themSo, on August 17th, I received a call from the one of the managersHe said that they took a look and that one of their members checking account was close to my account and a number was entered incorrectly and it was my account number that was en

I have email correspondence stating that a refund would be issued for a product that I could not be made, and I have yet to receive refund.Placed an order for a holster for a Glock 42 at the [redacted] Gun Show on May 31, 2014, paying $40 cash. Was told that by placing the order at the show, the product would be in delivered to my home in 7-10 days versus the 4-6 weeks if I placed the order online. After, I had not recieved the order after 3 weeks, I contacted the company and asked if they could now make the holster to fit the gun with a Crimson Trace laser site. [redacted] stated that the holster could not be made to fit that particular combination. The length of time it takes Ms. [redacted] to answer each email is between 4 days to at least a week if not more, so keep that in mind. I then said, that since plenty of time had passed and I had still not received my original order and they couldn't make what I needed now, I would just like a refund. Ms. [redacted] said that would not be a problem. I gave her my [redacted] address and have even sent her a [redacted] invoice to make it "easy" for her. After no response for a week, I get an email that she was out of town and sorry for the delay, and such and such and that she will have to get with her production team to find the order to verify it. My deal is this. If they were going to send the the original holster to me, it should have been done, if she told them to halt the order because of the questions I had, then my order was already placed on some type of hold and there is no need to go and verify anything. These are just stall tactics. They are not a huge outfit, like they are trying to claim they are. They had a small 1 maned table with a little display of their goods and unfortunately, I was suckered into ordering one of their products. I'm not going to sit back and let them take my $40. They can't provide the product and they promised me a refund. I have all of the emails from Ms. [redacted] if needed.Desired SettlementI am seeking a $40 refund that was promised to me through email. I have emailed the copy of the order receipt #XXXXXX which was paid in cashBusiness Response Mrs. [redacted] sent a copy of the receipt and we issued a check for the $40 refund.Consumer Response Unfortunately, it took me filing a complaint with the NC Consumer Complaint Division to get action on this claim. I did receive a refund check after the months if back and forth and persistence on my part.

I ordered and paid for a gun holster 12/7/2013 and was told delivery would be 2-3 wks. It is now 2/26/2014 and I have not received it.I ordered and paid for a gun holster ([redacted] with clip) from this company at the gun show in Fayetteville on Dec 7, 2013. I was told delivery in 2-3 weeks. About Jan 10 I emailed the company via website to inquire about the delivery. Response from [redacted] on Jan 14 that the shop had the flu and was behind in orders. On Feb 4 I emailed again requesting either an estimated time for delivery or a refund. On Feb 11 response from [redacted] stating my order should have been sent and she would check on it, and asking what I ordered. I replied with the order info, and still have not heard back from her or anyone at Grandfather Oak. When I search the company online I find reviews from other customers who have had the same issues over the years. If they can not deliver my order in a timely manner, within 1-2 weeks, I want a full refund of my money. Desired SettlementDelivery of my order within 1-2 weeks of this complaint or a full refund of my money, $47.50.Business Response We have completed the order and the item will ship on March 12th. Final Consumer Response I received a holster, but am disappointed that it didn't come with the belt clip that I paid extra for. Overall I consider this a partial resolution. The holster seems to be great quality, fits like a glove, and other than not receiving the ordered belt clip I am happy with my purchase. I just wish there had been better communication up front about the length of time to receive it and during the process about the status of the order.Final Business Response I apologize for not sending the clip. We will put one in the mail this week.

Products were paid for in advance. The products were ordered on 1/25/2014, it is now 4/04/2014.The owner has not provided the product or a refund. On 1/25/2014 at the Myrtle Beach convention center. I visited a booth at the local gun show run by [redacted] the owner of Grandfather Oak Custom Carry. This is a company that sells Handgun holsters. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] and discussed in detail 2 holsters I was looking for. Each holster was for a specific pistol which had a Crimson Trace attachment. This attachment is located just in front of the trigger guard. Mr. [redacted] assured me he had all the molds necessary to make the holsters. He added that it would be a special order as he did not have any in stock. I asked him what the turn around time would be and he said 3 weeks or less. I agreed to his price and he wrote an order #(XXXXXX) for the holsters and wrote down the specific pistol model numbers and the model numbers for the Crimson Trace attachments for each pistol as they were both different. I Waited until 2/28/2014 Before I sent him a E-mail requesting a status. On 3/01/2014 Mr. [redacted] responded advising he would be sending the order out "next week". I waited until 3/19/2014 and sent him another e-mail asking where the order was as I had not received anything yet. On 3/22/2014 Mr. [redacted] responded That the order had been shipped "several Weeks ago" , He said he will consider the order lost and send a new one out "ASAP". I thought this strange as it had not been "several weeks" since his 3/01/2014 E-mail saying the order should ship the following week.On 3/26/2014 I went to the Better Business web site and discovered that this company had other complaints, one almost identical to mine. I sent another e-mail to Mr. [redacted] advising him of what I had found and told him I would also be sending in a complaint if I did not receive either my order or a refund by 4/04/2014. On 3/26/2014 I received a message from Mr. [redacted] advising that now he was waiting for Crimson Trace to send him a moldfor the model I had listed. This is disturbing as he had previously assured me he had all the molds for this job. On 3/27/2014 I sent a message to Mr. [redacted] and advised him he had not lived up to our agreement and that I had Paid him $75.00 in good faith and wanted him to return that money to me no latter then 4/04/2014 or I would proceed with my complaint. As of this day I have not received my order or my money.5/2/2014: I received a e-mail from Mr. [redacted] on 4/4/2014 saying they are waiting for the mold from Crimson Trace to make the holster. on 4/09/2014 I had the last e-mail from Mr. [redacted]saying he hoped to get the mold the following week and the holster would take only about an hour to make. Today is 5/02/2014 and still no product or the return of my money. Apparently this company has little respect for Better Business either as they have not responded to your inquiries . This company does not deserve an "A" rating. Desired SettlementI want the items I ordered or my money back.
