Grandiff Medical Supplies

I rented a wheelchair over the holiday weekend. I returned it 1.5hours late (11:30 instead of 10am) because my 2 toddlers had their first day of school and I was not able to make it before then. The business was closed over the holiday weekend so I could not inform them of this. He wanted to charge me double the cost of the wheelchair rental bc I was 1.5hrs late dropping it off, despite there being many vacant wheelchairs sitting un-used in the store. When I brought it back and tried to explain why I was late the man SCREAMED at me. I tried to explain how I have two small children and am 9 months pregnant and he got very aggravated and aggressive with me, so much so that I started to shake and feared for my personal safety. I, as both a woman (pregnant or not) AND a customer have NEVER encountered such hostile behavior from a man.
