Review: [redacted] THE OWNER/ MANAGER DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB HE WAS CONTACTED FOR.HE RECEIVED THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT HE WAS TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO INSTALL A SPECIAL ORDER (CIRCUIT BREAKER) THAT WAS ON 5/15. REPEATED CALLS WERE MADE AND REPEATED APPOINTMENTS TO FINISH THE JOB WERE NEVER HONORED. PLEASE NOTE THAT HIS OFFICE ADDRESS IS AT [redacted]. HIS PHONE WHICH HE NEVER ANSWERS IS [redacted].

HIS VOICE MAIL BOX IS ALWAYS FULLDesired Settlement: FINISH THE JOB OR CREDIT US WITH THE PRE-PAID COST OF PART & LABOR.

We really have issues with our phones. Nevertheless, Mr [redacted] has been taken care of on May 29, 2015 approximately 6 or 7 pm. He was very happy and said he would withdraw the complaint. Responding to Complaint from:Grandin Electric LLC received this complaint from [redacted] on 7/22/2015. I have such a loss of words why this was filed. I, [redacted], immediately called Mr. [redacted] on his cell phone approximately 7am that same morning of receiving the complaint from Revdex.com. He did not answer, so I left Mr [redacted] a message to return my call so we could discuss what he is referring to. After waiting a few minutes of no response from him, [redacted] called Mrs [redacted] on her cell phone at approximately 7:15 am the same morning. Mrs [redacted] answered and I ([redacted]) asked if she could update me on what seems to be the problem and she responded in much surprise on her end that I was calling. I asked her what was the problem they had, she said " What did he do?" I told her that [redacted] (her husband) filed a complaint against us at Revdex.com, she responded in very much surprise that he did that. She said "He did not do that did he?" I responded, "Yes he did". And she continued to say " I don't know why he did that, he brags and refers business to you guys all the time." " I am so sorry he did that". She continued to say " He was very upset with our neighbor next door. They cut the grass on our side of the front yard and that made [redacted] extremely mad." She stated again, " I am so sorry he did that to ya'll". So I preceded to ask her " Is there something that we left undone or did not complete that we are not aware of?" She answered that maybe the wall next to the shower stall needed a corner bead installed. I, at that point, said that [redacted] had time to come over this morning to check and see what issues they were having, and resolve them immediately, and she indicated that "This morning was not good for her", so I ended the conversation, that please let us know when it will be a more convenient time, because we would like to know what exactly [redacted] left undone and unfinished. We contracted with the [redacted]'s on 3/10/2015 for a bathroom remodel upstairs at their residence. The bathroom remodel was completed approximately 4/18/2015. There were several delays on their end, due to family emergencies, which was certainly understandable, and scheduling on our end. Nevertheless, all work was performed and completed to their satisfaction, which was indicated on their end. The wall next to the shower stall that Mrs [redacted] referred to me on the phone of the 22nd of July, that did require extra time and effort to get smooth and even. Only because the wall itself kept sinking in and it required more drywall mud applications to compensate for that. There was a corner bead installed there as well. Every application had to dry and be sanded down to smooth it out, and this took several times, and when the last one was applied, both Mr and Mrs [redacted] inspected it and indicated that was fine. To our knowledge, we have not had any other phone calls, messages or texts that they were not satisfied with the completion of the remodel. No contact from them whatsoever until we received the complaint filed to Revdex.com. Mr [redacted] reported talking to the company on 6/6/2015 and 6/27/2015. We do not show any calls received or messages left on those dates.Mrs [redacted] asked [redacted] if he could adjust the water temperature on the tub faucet. That was certainly not a problem and [redacted] did do that for them. It took several appointments to do this for them due to scheduling on both parts. But he did do that. Even at that time, no mention of anything that was wrong or any dissatisfaction on their part.Since leaving a message for Mr [redacted], and speaking to Mrs [redacted] directly on 7/22/2015, we still have not heard from them to date when we can address any issues they have. We are certainly willing to do so and want to as soon as possible to clear this matter up. We always try to go above and beyond to please our customers at any time and no matter how big or small the job may be.
