On July 9, a bedroom suite and dinette were purchased at Grandma's House FurnituleAugust 8, 2015, the person who purchased the furniture called and asked if his daughter could pick up the dinetteI asked if she had the receipt and he said "No", I asked her name and said to go ahead and send
her in to the storeWhen she arrived, she backed in to our loading dock for pick upOur warehouse walkers started to load the dinette, and she noticed it was the light finish, It also comes in a dark finish, of which we also hadShe came back in to the store and approached the front desk and stated it was the wrong finishOur employee said it will be a minute, we have to put the chairs togetherThe customer went into a rageOur employee said why are you being like thisI got up and tried to defuse the situalionShe had a toddler with her and I smiled at the childI did not laugh in the customer's faceShe left the premise; and said her father would pick up the dinette The following day, the father loaded the truck, signed off that the furniture was in good conditionThe customer's daughter took to social media, facebook, and such, She posted photos of the dinette with damageIt did not leave the store in that conditionShe has never contacted the store about the dinette and neither has the actual purchaser of the dinetteOn August 12, we delivered the bedroom suiteIt was successfully delivered to the actual purchaser free of chargeThe dinette was never mentionedI know of no threats made to the femaleIf anything, the sister of the girl, stated on Facebook. "What? Some Big Red Building might be on fire if I was in town." Our store is known at The Big Red Barn in Nutter Fort. We have done nothing wrongThe furniture has been delivered and picked upI have no control over what goes on, on social media. Thank You for your time,

[I am rejecting the business response because the owner still has not acknowledged the fact that I still have the wrong tableThe table when picked up by my father and husband was wrapped therefore was not checked for damage until it was home and unwrapped The damage was not caused by us or could not have been caused by us because one of the main complaints is a bubble in the finish on one of the chairs, which is a manufacture defect Furthermore, the owner lied multiple times in his responseI did not "go into a rage" because the table was the wrong finishAnd when I was treated poorly by the associate I was the one who asked her why I was being treated so badly, not the other way around as he has stated in his responseHe also lied and stated he came onto the floor and tried to diffuse the situation when he heard us, but he did notI asked to speak to someone else several times, and he still did not come out to try and help He only came out when I was already outside of the business talking to my father He did laugh in my face and offered no help or apology for what had happenedI have stated that I have not contacted the business furthermore about the damage of the table because I no longer what to deal directly with the owner or employeesHe is well aware of the damage to the table because his wife stated on social media she knew about it and it was our faultHe also lied and stated that my fathers bedroom suit was delivered free of charge, which is not the caseMy father paid extra for the delivery, we have the receipt showing this transaction]

The customer purchased furniture on July 7, They left a not so pleasant voice mail on August not quite weeks later. We try to accommodote all customers at Grandma's House Furniture We delivered NEW furniture to the customer on August 5, 2015, it was not used and was
delivered under daysThank you for your time
