Horrible experience with the lady on the phoneI've ordered many times from them before and they delivered to my addressWhen o called this time she was basically calling me a lier and telling me that there are deliveries under my numberI'm located very close to their business and she lied to me and said that they don't deliver thereHer voice tone and customer service skills are garbage Its not even worth buying from them anymore thanks to that associate they are probably loosing moneyI referred many people there now they all know my story and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only unsatisfied customer

We placed an order from Grandma's Pizza & Pasta on 4/15/about 12:43pm local timeWe picked up the order at 1:19pm and the company charged us for a salad but failed to provide itWhen we arrived home and looked through the order we immediately called and spoke with Shylya who identified herself as the managerShe was rude and disinterested in solving the problem although she acknowledged they forgot to provide the productShe refused to refund the salad purchase to our card and insisted we drive back over from Blacklick to collectShe refused to provide the name of the owner, who was easily identified via the Ohio Secretary of State

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

Cindy D***, day shift manager, called Revdex.com in response to a courtesy call and responded to this complaintShe said that she had called the consumer on 1/6/and apologizedShe offered her a refund or credit on her next purchase and free deliveryShe chose a credit for what she had ordered
before and it will be put into the system under her phone number

Revdex.com called business to follow up on this complaint and spoke to *** ***, who responded verballyHe said he no longer owns the store in Whitehall but as a good will gesture he sent the consumer $worth of gift cards even though she had only paid for $She sent them back so at this point she
needs to contact the Whitehall location where she purchased the gift cards

I ordered a large grand gourmet pizza from this location at 4:30PM on Friday, December 16, I was warned upon placing a delivery order that it would take an hour for delivery and appreciated the advanced warning After an hour and minutes, still no pizza I called and was told that it was en route HOURS after placing hte order, I called again, still no pizza and no sign of the delivery driver and again, was told it was en route I canceled the order and asked for my money back and was told it would be refunded It will be WEEKS tomorrow and I have not received a refund I called the store to inquire and after the woman laughed when I explained the issue, she said that since it's been weeks, they couldn't do anything and at most, I could call back and speak with the night manager after 5PM who would have to look through the receipts and see if they could find my credit card transaction I basically paid them $and they have not offered to make it right I li

noticed he then called to complain and she offered to give a credit or cash back, he was not willing to accept eitherShe is a shift runner not a main manager and had not been trained yet on how to do refunds on a credit card machineJenny called *** ***r and apologized for the incident and offered the refundHe said he would drop the complaint as he only wanted to make us aware of the situationI sent a money order for his refund of $along with $in gift certificates from our restaurant via certified mail.
