Horrible experience with the lady on the phoneI've ordered many times from them before and they delivered to my addressWhen o called this time she was basically calling me a lier and telling me that there are deliveries under my numberI'm located very close to their business and she lied to me and said that they don't deliver thereHer voice tone and customer service skills are garbage Its not even worth buying from them anymore thanks to that associate they are probably loosing moneyI referred many people there now they all know my story and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only unsatisfied customer

He is not willing to give cash back because the customer did eat the rest of the food

We placed an order from Grandma's Pizza & Pasta on 4/15/18 about 12:43pm local time. We picked up the order at 1:19pm and the company charged us for a salad but failed to provide it. When we arrived home and looked through the order we immediately called and spoke with Shylya who identified herself as the manager. She was rude and disinterested in solving the problem although she acknowledged they forgot to provide the product. She refused to refund the salad purchase to our card and insisted we drive back over from Blacklick to collect. She refused to provide the name of the owner, who was easily identified via the Ohio Secretary of State.

The delivery driver picked up the Italian sub so I did not eat that at allI did eat the remainder of the food purchasedAll I am requesting is my $backI ordered at work and I have coworkers as witnesses that seen the delivery driver pick up the sub sandwich that I did not eatThis is theft because I did not receive the $back for a sub that was returned to the storeI will get the police involved if I have to
