technician was doing.  [redacted] and [redacted] talked to [redacted] on the phone after the job was completed and told her everything that was done and she greatly approved of the work done at that time.  When [redacted] called to schedule the work, he was told that we could not repair the tiled shower wall without an estimate.  We scheduled repair to the drywall and did an estimate for the shower wall.  [redacted] asked us to assess the damage in the home.  [redacted] wrote a narrative for him and took photos to document the damage.  Damage to the home is very extensive.  To avoid further damage to the backer board under the tile, [redacted] protected the area and sealed other cracked grout with caulking to protect the wall.
