She offered her a refund or credit on her next purchase and free delivery. She chose a credit for what she had ordered...

noticed he then called to complain and she offered to give a credit or cash back, he was not willing to accept either. She is a shift runner not a main manager and had not been trained yet on how to do refunds on a credit card machine. Jenny called [redacted]r and apologized for the incident and offered the refund. He said he would drop the complaint as he only wanted to make us aware of the situation. I sent a money order for his refund of $3.49 along with $25.00 in gift certificates from our restaurant via certified mail.
