A final account statement was mailed to the forwarding address that was provided on the Resident's Notice of Intent to Move Outaddress is the same address that was to the collection agency and the same address that the former resident used to file the complaint with Revdex.comThe move out charges
(cleaning, painting, vertical slats, light bulb and the utility bill for water and trash) exceeded the amount of the deposit leaving a balance due on the accountI would be happy to said a second copy of the statementSincerely, *** *** Community Manager

I am rejecting this response because:
I was not sent anything, not sure if it got lost in the mail, but I did not receive a letter for the costs that I owed. Also would like a copy of the damages, $125 worth of it.

I have received the letter dated October 30, 2017 stating that the response was rejected. That the customer has additional concerns regarding the letter for the cost that they owe and would like a copy of the damages. I have mailed and emailed a copy of the final account statement to the mailing address and email address on file with us. This statement shows the description with the amount of the charges and the deposit amount applied to the outstanding charges leaving a balance due. Sincerely, [redacted] Community Manager
