I am rejecting this response because:  it has been a week now and I still have not received this refund into my bank account. I don't believe it was ever deposited. I still need my refund before I will resolve this..when I ask at the front desk all they say is...

call your bank..the bank has nothing to do with it. This hotel needs to refund this 140 dollars!!!!

Review: I am a traveling rn. My company set me up in this hotel. my company pays for the hotel. The hotel charged me 1,000 for rent instead of my company which gave me 140 dollars of overdraft charges. This hotel said they credited the 140 dollars back to my bank last Wednesday dec 10th..I nevergot this credit.....I paid 300 dollars in pet deposit when I arrived. they claim they took the 140 dollars out of this which is my own money but I have not ever seen this in my back account. This was totally their fault which they admitted but have not paid me the 140 dollars in overdraft charges which they caused.Desired Settlement: I need my 140 dollars back that I was charged from the bank cause this hotel charged my card instead of my company which they fully 100% said was their fault.
