We received a letter from you regarding a customer's complaint. His name is [redacted] , and he contacted us on DECEMBER [redacted] 2015 when he got registered for the web services and got his computer fixed. As he installed some free unwanted software on his computer , he got internet Explorer... issues which was resolved by one of our technicians. We removed those trouble-making programs so that the problem won't recur, all of this with a consent from the customer. The browser was cleared and unwanted extensions were removed. None of his bookmarks were touched and the back-up was given to him. We never received any complaints from the customer until the day of BBB's notification. We have checked our Email records and Voice mails but there are no complaints from the customer. Now, the customer is denying the consent he gave us. As per him, he wanted to keep those free softwares and now he has stated a complaint to you, claiming that he has called us many times and sent emails but haven't help him. We do not work on any computer without the customer's permission. If this customer had any issues he could've denied the permission for screen sharing. After we fixed his computer, the customer was satisfied with the work, because technicians call each customer after fixing their technical issues. We don't Delete any Licensed Version of any program and request approval for any changes required. Attached is the customer's recording and BBB Complaint. In response to the customer's complaint, the issue has been resolved as we never charged him for the service and it was all a misunderstandingThe customer has agreed to retract the
complaint and you can even contact him to verify that he's very satisfied with our company

1) The response from GTS is irrelevant, MrP*** took control of my computer and somehow made it impossible for me to log in Finally he told me all he could recommend was for me to reinstall the operating system, which ,of course, I did, in order to have a working computer I had no other option Of course, this meant that all my files and programs would be wiped clean For his "help" I paid $499.99! That's why I feel GTS owes me a refund. I received a phone call from a GTS agent who after some discussion asked if I would be satisfied if GTS refunded my money I replied in the affirmativeI am still waiting!

Revdex.com,   This message is in regards to the complaint id# [redacted], Reported by [redacted]. We have spoken to the customer about the issues he mentioned. The case was resolved. The technician removed the infections and unwanted programs for which [redacted] paid. To stop the recurrence of the infections, we guided the customer that we are removing ad-ons. The Customer had full access of the machine and had full right to discontinue the work session if he had any issues. The customer was well aware of the work on his computer.   Regards,

1)  The response from GTS is irrelevant,   Mr. P[redacted] took control of my computer and somehow made it impossible for me to log in.  Finally he told me all he could recommend was for me to reinstall the operating system, which ,of course, I did, in order to have a working computer.  I had no other option.  Of course, this meant that all my files and programs would be wiped clean.  For his "help"  I paid $499.99! That's why I feel GTS owes me a refund.
 
2.  I received a phone call from a GTS agent who after some discussion asked if I would be satisfied if GTS refunded my money.  I replied in the affirmative. I am still waiting!
