Thank you for sending this to me in doing some research it looks like he applied on 6/and the application was denied on 06/17, a refund check was cut 06/and mailed to the address that was on file which was a McAllen address, he called and said he never received anything and in doing research he needed it sent to a different address so we issued a stop payment on 07/and the new check was issued and it was cashed on 07/28.?
