Review: Unable to get channels on the TV and no response from calling the phone number they provide. Unable to contact them. There is frequently problems with their service and unable to contact them. Sometimes takes weeks to get them to make repairs and provide service you can count upon. No other cable company is allowed in this building, therefore my hands are tied and I cannot get cable from any other company.Desired Settlement: Able to make contact with the company and a correction of the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Other cable companies correct problems within a day but they do not.

Review: As of Nov 2014, I have been calling grandview cable on three numbers but had not gotten any resolution to my cable picture quality. Before the Nov outage, I had been receiving a decent picture. However after that cable service interruption, most of my channels picture quality has not been restored. I have called [redacted] which is the cable outage number. I called to report the lost of all channels . The tech rep called to see what my problem was since on my second call I reported the lost of channel clarity on most of my channels after the service was restored. He tried to fixed the problem which give me some channels back but the major of the channels are still in need of fine tuning to give me picture quality before the Nov 2014 service interruption. I have tried to call the [redacted] number leaving several messages to find out when the problem would be addressed and resolved but I have not gotten any call backs. Also, I was left a message on my home number to call [redacted] about the grandview cable issue. In Dec 2014, I left several messages to that number for Joanne but no one has return my call. It seems that no one is is the office to answer the phone call on the number [redacted] even when messages are left for them to return the phone call. I tried calling the office number [redacted] to see who I could contact to resolve this issue but the number is busy or no one answers. In all cases of leaving messages, I have left them with a phone number in order to return my calls. During the second phone call to the tech outage number about the picture channels issues , I offered to take a day off from work to see if anything with the cable supplied hook-up in the house could be the problem. I am being billed for a cable service which this company is not providing by accepting my monthly payment of $36.95.Desired Settlement: Repair the service so I can recieve a decent picture quality on all my channels.

Review: This company lists contact phone #s on their monthly invoice (debit my checking account) their business phone # has been disconnected for months, the internet support # is no longer valid- I was able to reach the support # and they told me they have not done business with Grandview in years- I have emailed them 3 times in the last 3 months with questions without a response- I have also called , no return phone call. My neighbors and myself have been without TV service for 3 days- yet my checking account was debited yesterday for TV service. I have called this place for the last 3 days - no return call - also emailed no response. This is unacceptable please investigate and advise FYI this company is owned by the builder [redacted] , I believe VS [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a billing adjustment and a phone call for days missed. I also called on Super Bowl Sunday and left a message with this company. I asked for compensation for the night, since I had company over to watch the game, and TV service went out! I had to leave my place with my company and go to a local establishment = money spent on food at home for company was wasted, and additional money spent at local place to view game. I asked for compensation for this and heard nothing

Review: Our cable service has not been working properly for almost a year. I called to file a complaint last summer about bad reception. It was temporarily resolved. A few weeks ago, certain channels stopped working and as of yesterday, no channels worked. However, I am getting billed monthly by them and would like a refund. The company's listed phone number does not work and there is no alternative way to get in touch with them to stop the monthly automatic billing to my checking account.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund for my 2015 payments from January-May of $36.95 per month. I would also like to speak with a representative from Grandview Cable to cancel my subscription.

Review: I have recently moved to the above address from: [redacted] I have been trying since Saturday, January 24, 2015 to contact Grandview Cable (Freehold) to stop my service. I don't want them to deduct the premium from my bank account in February, 2015. Since Saturday, I have been calling several times each day and get either "due to technical difficulties your call cannot be completed at this time or a busy signal. I am 66 years of age and cannot take this inablity to get in touch with my former cable company concerning TERMINATION OF SERVICE. If my bank account is debited in February,2015, I will be forced to sue this company. It is a shame that they have not done something to fix their phone problem.Desired Settlement: That Grandview Cable will terminate my service and not debit my bank account for February premium since there is no longer anyone at my former apt address and if they do debit my account that I will not have trouble getting them to return the amount
