SEE ATTACHED PDF BUSINESS RESPONSEIn regards to *** *** retail on 6-24-2016, she rented a room for a week and excepted the terms posted for weekly rateIts clearly posted in the window that there are no refunds for weekly special..it is also posted at bottom of reciete no refundsThey kept
room for several hours then ask for refund, the only option I have to offer is a week at anytime they request...case #***Thank you*** *** *** General Manager
