I am not sure why we are rehashing over such an obvious "no returns on special orders" policy, nonetheless, I have mailed off an additional refund check of $today and *** should receive it by midweek to weeks endI'm also not exactly sure why our accounting Deptsent the original refund short by $35.98, but we took care of it

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:1. No definitive action has been taken on the part of the business to address the money that they owe me (please see original complaint). If/when they send the amount stated in my complaint, then I will accept their response.2. Statements in the business response are untrue: the salesman did NOT inform me that unopened box could not be returned. I never received any notice, verbally or in writing, that the item could not be returned, until after purchase was made.3. Business continues, as previously, to belittle my concerns and me as a customer. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Hello, I am shocked and surprised about this complaint. I actually donated the $250 gift card to [redacted] elementary school and didn't expect to get a complaint as a result of a donation.He is our version of the story: [redacted] was told by my salesman, when she ordered the laminate, that there...

are no returns on special orders, then she signed off on the order, I still have the original copy. Nonetheless, when she tried to return the boxes, we recommended that she keep them in order to have some for any repairs from damage in the future and then reminded about our no return policy for special orders. Clearly, she didn't like that answer so she emailed me several times and I continued to remind her of our policy; I finally acquiesced and promised her a refund if she brought the item back, as she stated in the complaint. I mentioned that I especially didn't want to refund her because about 50% of her new floor was already donated and didn't want to lose out any more than the donation I sent in already.[redacted] did return the box to on of our staff, not to me personally as she stated, but to Andy G[redacted] our head of operations, the refund was sent out, I'm not sure of the amount, yet I will look into the matter today and respond here as soon as we can figure out what the correct amount is supposed to be   Don L[redacted]Pres.[redacted]
