Grandview Products, Inc

We received an invoice dated October 1 including a charge for $68,462.00 for Fortinet licenses and equipment. This lump sum charge is an exit cost to repurpose all of the equipment we were to install with Granite. We have told Granite multiple times that we are not moving all services away from them and will need to install this at some locations. Our contract stipulates a fee for the equipment, so we will be effectively double charged for this equipment as it is installed. We are terminating some locations with Granite because of their poor service, but we cannot terminate all locations because of their stiff cancellation fees. So we are stuck doing business with them, yet they are now double charging us. We have tried to come to an agreement on rolling out their services to all locations (they added additional installation fees to install their service after the contract was signed despite having "free install" in writing) or bringing down the cancellation fees to cancel all services, but cannot reach an agreement with Granite on either. As such, we will be canceling as many locations as we can and paying the agreed-upon cancellation fees. This new one-time charge is not agreed upon and is double charging us. Attached are the following: the new charge in doc 9302023_, the fee for the same equipment in our contract in doc Lolli_and_pops_inc_multi_services, and the most recent email exchange with Granite in doc Lolli and Pops Mail.
