After investigating this dispute a bit further, I found that 2 gift cards were purchased on 12/19/2013 at 12:49pm by a Jennifer Corken on her AX# [redacted]
Check #342678.  One gift card for $30.00 (#[redacted]) was redeemed this past Saturday 8/23/14 – Check #379518...

 for  $47.70.  The remaining balance was charged to
a Mastercard ending in the #’s 9746 in the name of a one Paul G. Corken. The other gift card that Ms. Corken attempted to use last night was the $20.00 gift card (#[redacted]),
that she had purchased on 12/19/2013. Ms. Corken indicated that my manger Amy was rude to her.  I spoke to my manager Amy and she informed me that she took $50.00 off the entire check last night (Check # 379835), in an effort to make up for any inconvenience we had caused.  Ms. Corken indicated that the $50.00 gift card had been given to her by a friend for her 50thbirthday, which she has obviously mistaken or confused with another gift card.  Upon departure  Ms. Corken’s friend actually stopped my manager Amy and thanked her for discounting the check. Obviously I have the technology to find an honest mistake that a server or bartender would make and would be happy to share any and all documentation from these transactions.
 
We take pride in what we do here at the Grandview as our goal is to provide great food, consistency, an a fun, enjoyable atmosphere.
