Soy/soybean additions
I have been a grange coop dividend customer for 20 years. I am having to buy more and more of my feed at Walmart. Yes, WALMART. All your feeds, cracked corn, flock raiser, etc now Include a healthy dose of soybean. As a long term autoimmune thyroid disease patient, I was told by Dr's to eliminate soy and soybeans from my diet. Now your feed is "contaminated " with your soybean fillers. Now I'm forced to find other sources of feed for my animals, if I don't want to pay way more money for much less feed if I wish to eliminate your new fillers. Very disappointed. Your losing a long term customer because of your reliance on soy fillers. So sad.

From: Brian W[redacted]  Sent: Friday, April 21, 2017 8:32 AMSubject: [redacted]Dear Revdex.com,My name is Brian W[redacted], Director of Ag Operations for Grange Co-op Supply located in Central Point, OR.  We have recently had to issue a recall on our Rogue AP...

Rabbit due to accidental potentially toxic levels of Vitamin D that was provided to us by Nutra Blend - the Vitamin-Mineral Premix Company that we purchase premixes from.  As a result of this recall we have been working very closely with the FDA in ensuring that we get the affected product out of the market place.  In accordance to our Recall Plan - we have established me as the contact person for this recall, and I have talked with hundreds of concerned customers, answering their questions and resolving any additional losses / claimed they think are related to this recall.I was very concerned and dismayed when I received word that a customer in Coos Bay had listed a complaint with the Revdex.com about this feed issue - as I thought maybe I had overlooked getting back to someone from one of my many conversations with customers....but could not find the name [redacted] anywhere in my notes or records.  When I became aware of the Revdex.com Complaint on Wednesday afternoon, I immediately called her to verify if we had talked about this and I had overlooked something - and to also address her concerns.  When she answered the phone she confirmed that we have never talked - nor had she ever talked with anyone associated with Grange Co-op.  When I asked her what she felt we needed to do to address her loss she said somewhere between $200 and $300.  I said we would issue her a check for $300 and asked her if that would cover all her rabbit and feed losses and she said it would.  She gave us her address to mail the check to, and I told her to expect one next week.I'm not sure why the Revdex.com got involved with this and now that it's been settled, not sure what we need to do to address the Revdex.com side of this situation.  If you could please call me at your convenience I would be most anxious to get this situation resolved and behind us.  I have tried to call you number several times and keep getting a message saying the number is not good and I need to re-dial.  My cell phone number is: [redacted]Sincerely,Brian W[redacted]Director of Ag OperationsGrange Co-op SupplyCentral Point, OR. 97502(541) 664-1121 Office(541) [redacted] CellBw[redacted]@grangecoop.com
