No work was ever initiated and no money was ever exchanged.•    Granite ASAP's square footage calculations were never accepted as correct or binding. Granite ASAP calculated 51 square feet after direct physical measurement. The 35 square feet calculated by the other party would inevitably result in an unsuccessful project—not enough granite to coverall countertops.•    The parties never resolved this issue.•    The $150.00 fee for travel outside a 50 mile radius is part of Granite ASAP's contractual terms. The measurement fee and the freight fee were known and thoroughly discussed by both parties.•    The parties never resolved this issue.In this case, there is confusion between the role of the website and the role of the estimate of costs.
