I have attached pictures of the seat that the customer states we toreI do not know if the customer just was not aware that it was torn previously but a discussion with the technician that pulled the car in and a consultation with an
upholstery professional we determined that we were not responsible for the seat due to the wear around the torn area and the fraying by the tearOur manager had this discussion with the customer prior to this complaintWe do not take these things lightly and if we make a mistake we stand behind it, we feel in this situation we did not cause the damageIf it is determined by your organization that I should pay for the seat I will do that but under protest

Plaza Tire did replace the brakes on March At that time we did an additional service that cleans brake caliper guide pins, removes rust from the caliper slides and brake pad contact points due to excessive rust build up It is not standard industry procedure to replace calipers
with every brake service and they were working fine at the time of this initial service and apparently were working fine for about year and almost 12,miles after that service.On March 10, *** brought the vehicle back in with a brake caliper that was internally seized which caused the brake pads to wear out and start grinding into the brake rotor There is no way any service facility can know when a brake caliper is going to fail, and it is this failure that caused the premature wear on the brakes Warranty does not cover damage done by another component's failure which is why we charged for the additional services This was all explained to *** when he was at our location

I dont understand what the first line of the response states.  As previously stated the circumstances do not warrant any reimbursement but I would be willing to reimburse 50% of the initial repair as a good will adjustment.  If that is acceptable let me know what is the next step.
