Granite Communications

We disconnected service on 8-2-2021. It is now 2-28-2022 and we are still receiving invoices and past due charges and they continue to bill even though we continue to call and speak with people that admit the account is closed but there is nothing they can do to stop the invoices! we wrote a complaint to the BBB but Granite is paying member so they will not press the matter. As a small business we have no options. The attorney general does not handle business disputes. DO NOT USE GRANITE COMMUNICATIONS. POOR SERVICE AND THEN YOU CANNOT EVER DISCONNECT FROM THEIR BILLING PLATFORM.
