Tell us why here...It is Granite Depot policy that all refunds are done the same way the original payment was made. In this case the customer paid with a Visa which is how we must issue the refund. Also in the original complaint the customer even states that they would like the credit put on their visa card

Granite Depot denies claims by customer as they are directly contradicted by the attached signed contract

Granite Depot denies claimants account of events as presented. Granite Depot has made several good faith attempts to contact and/or deliver the merchandise that the claimants obviously changed their mind on and now simply want a refund.
The attached Job Contract clearly states the conditions of...

their clearance sale purchase including the terms of cancellation.

I am rejecting this response because:  I appreciate the fact this company is willing to honor there statement about refunding my $250 delivery fee.  But I have lost all confidence in this company through this process.  I have spoke with their representative ([redacted], and requested payment be done by check.  Nowhere in my complaint did I request to be paid on my Visa.  As a matter of fact last year in my initial complaint (line 9) it was Granite Depot that requested my credit card information "In order to reimburse me" and they never did.  Again all I request is that repayment of delivery fee be by check, I do not trust this company with my credit card information.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

In response to Granite Depot reference number [redacted]We did sign contracts with them but our original drawing can't not be found [redacted] admits that in an email she sent me. Also our...

drawling in our contract is different from from theirs. I would like to point out a few things as well. [redacted] told us 97 sq ft that's why we needed two slabs of granite and we could use remnants for our bathroom .  If you look to the right of the drawling contract it is on there where [redacted] wrote it on there.  We had emailed him a rough draft not sure what we was doing with the island and bar and when we went in took him our plans and he made a copy of them but they can't find it now per [redacted]'s email.  Look at the date on the drawling contract says 1-28-16 and we went in on 1-30-16 and that is when changes were made. I don't know what they are trying to pull but it's not right. Also they do not have sq ft of granite on any of the contract paperwork.  [redacted] said 84.36 sq ft but it is no where on paper work. [redacted] told us 97 sq ft when we was in there but neither one of them add up to those two number per their drawling. We are will to one get all of our $2000 deposit back in full or them to install the granite for original cost. We was under contract for the amount of $7358.00 not what the new invoice says. Also since they would be delivering granite and sinks out here I am pretty sure they have to charge our tax rate here which is 2.9% not 7.6 % they charged. I faxed 11 documents to support as evidence. Sincerely yours,[redacted]
