I, Igor ***, the owner of Granite Expo LLC have received a letter from Revdex.com stating that Mr& Mrs*** are
not happy with their granite
I would like an opportunity to share my story
I received a phone call from Real Estate Agent *** asking me to come over and do the measurements of counter topsWhen I arrived to the job site (Mr***'s house) I took a look at the kitchen cabinets and I informed *** that the cabinets were not leveled at all, that mean they are off by 1" to 1/2"I told John that we would have to level the counter tops when we do installation, which means it requires shims between cabinets and granite topI also told *** that it would be a good idea if the home owners fixed their cabinets or replaced themTo which I was told "home owner's goal is to save money"I warned John that it will look uglyJohn and homeowners told me that they want the same size and overhang for their new counter top as it was with their old counter topsThey didn't want a bigger overhang because they have a dining table and didn't have enough room to walk around the tableWe ended up with a different overhang because their brick wall was not leveled or squareAt the time of installation I decided to save their old countertops in case there was an issue
Regarding the granite

Appearance of scratches & pits in Granite are most commonly known as "fissures" in Granite and are a natural aspect of GraniteAs stated in http://naturalstoneoutlet.blogspot.com/2011/11/difference-between-cracks-and-fis... /> "Some people assume that these are cracks and that the integrity of their countertops will be compromised, but in most cases there is nothing to worry aboutThe difference between a crack and a natural granite fissure is an important aspect of enjoying the natural beauty of granite
A fissure in a slab of granite is a natural cleft in the rock caused by God or "Nature"When the stones form underground, a gap may develop in the material for any number of reasons, and this gap presents as a fissure when the slabs are mined from the ground
Rock mining companies pull stone out of the ground in large rectangular cubes, then slice those rectangular cubes like breadThe slices become the individual slabs, and if those slabs have gaps or fissures, the mining company will fill them in with quartz crystals and a penetrating resinThe resin used to seal these fissures lends to the overall strength of the slab itself."
After the installation I did not receive payment for the jobI contacted *** and mentioned to him that if payment was not received in timely manner I would place a lien against the propertyJohn told me that homeowners are willing to pay only part of the invoice, because they do not like granite qualityI offered to meet with John and the home owners to review the installation, discuss concerns and even show old countertops for review of the issueTo which John replied that he will pay the difference but just don't put lien on a houseA couple days later I received a check from Mr*** for a full amount with a letter that he wrote to me, which I am also including for youThen I got a letter from Revdex.com

I, Igor [redacted], the owner of Granite Expo LLC have received a letter from Revdex.com stating that Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] are...

not happy with their granite.
I would like an opportunity to share my story.
I received a phone call from Real Estate Agent [redacted] asking me to come over and do the measurements of counter tops. When I arrived to the job site (Mr. [redacted]'s house) I took a look at the kitchen cabinets and I informed [redacted] that the cabinets were not leveled at all, that mean they are off by 1" to 1 1/2". I told John that we would have to level the counter tops when we do installation, which means it requires shims between cabinets and granite top. I also told [redacted] that it would be a good idea if the home owners fixed their cabinets or replaced them. To which I was told "home owner's goal is to save money". I warned John that it will look ugly. John and homeowners told me that they want the same size and overhang for their new counter top as it was with their old counter tops. They didn't want a bigger overhang because they have a dining table and didn't have enough room to walk around the table. We ended up with a different overhang because their brick wall was not leveled or square. At the time of installation I decided to save their old countertops in case there was an issue.
Regarding the granite.
[redacted] came over to my shop and picked out 3 or 4 different samples of granite for the homeowners. The homeowners have picked Ganache granite. It is very nice and exotic material. I have purchased this material from [redacted] (952) [redacted], contact person [redacted].
In addition to this kitchen, I have done 3 or 4 kitchens with the same material from the same bundle and all my clients are very happy with material and service. I would recommend calling M.S.I. and get more info regarding Ganache Granite.
