I do NOT accept this resolution, I have not been contacted by Granite For Less to date – contacting you in the first place was due to lack of responsiveness on their partThe kitchen has counters in the same granite – all of them are blemish free for the most part.The island has several areas of exposed stone and divots as shown on the picturesI do not wish to close this complaint until: 1) I actually get a phone call to schedule an appointment2) They follow through and come to the house to see the granite and seal the main bathroom3) A resolution that is mutually acceptable to both parties is agreed upon and implementedPlease see pictures of the granite showing the issues/concernsThank youLori [redacted]
