I am rejecting this response because: they should not be able to take a depositGive you a date when it should be done and ten have multiple peopl tell you and give you multiple remedies contradicting eachother, while telling you two different time that your vanity top would be able to be completed as agreed uponThey will not compromise my using a lager piece that was available at the timeI have recieved my refund and no longer want to do business with themPoint is dont sell something to a customer you dont have and expect them not to still want it, when there is another one right thereShould have tried to offer me another solution instead of to misinformation and pic out another one Regards, [redacted] ***

This customer has cancelled their order, and their deposit has been refunded. Of course the complaint needs closed, but more than that, it should probably be stricken altogether.This customer chose a remnant for a vanity top. Their remnant was in a storage rack covered
with dozens of other remnants. When their remnant was pulled to fulfill the order, it was determined that the remnant was not large enough to do the project. There is no wrong doing or misleading on our part. Please call or email with any questions.Thanks, ***###-###-####

Point is dont sell something to a customer you dont have and expect them not to still want it, when there is another one right there. Should have tried to offer me another solution instead of to misinformation and pic out another one.
