I responded to this before however I'm not sure what happenedI spoke with the customer and told him that we have had other issues with this same material in this type of applicationThe supplier decided to give the customer new material, however GMD has chosen not to work with this material anymore in this type of applicationWe feel it cannot be warranted in the harsh environment of Colorado weatherGMD has refunded the customer the cost of the labor (CK #dated 12/1/15) and has his slabs in possession waiting for him to select another fabricator who is willing to do the work for him

In the best interest of GMD and Mr [redacted] we are refunding him for the labor on this project. The reasoning behind this decision is due to the newness of this product and the lack of education that the manufacturer neglect to give us for this particular product. The supplier and the manufacturer is...

supplying new material to him and is going to source the material out to another fabricator to do the work, if Mr [redacted] chooses to have this product reinstalled for his project. GMD considers this case closed.
