I've only been renting from Granite Real Estate for two months and have had nothing but bad experiencesUpon move in I made a list of things that needed to be fixed/items that were missing from the houseI've never had a house that didn't have hand towel racks, but this house was missing themI didn't hear a word from them for over a monthWhen they finally brought the items for the house, they brought large towel racks by mistake and said they would rescheduleNever heard back from themI had to call two weeks later and ask if they were going to come back and install, and they said they are no longer going to approve the racks because they are not considered a necessityThen a week later my faucet breaksGuy comes out fixes itThen remembers he has to take before and after photos, so he breaks my faucet, takes a photo and repairs it againThen he leaves, comes back minutes later and says he has to retake the photo because that after image wasn't good enoughThen he leavesTwo days later I get a call that they need to come and take ANOTHER photoThey make me leave work in the middle of the day to let them inI"ve never rented a property where I had to be present for the OWNER to make repairsThe OWNER should be responsibleThat's why I pay $a monthSo I can have a house, and not have to do maintenance on a home that isn't mine!!! The lack of communication from this company and the poor customer service is insaneThey do nothing but waste your time and moneyDO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!

I didn't hear a word from them for over a month. When they finally brought the items for the house, they brought large towel racks by mistake and said they would reschedule. Never heard back from them. I had to call two weeks later and ask if they were going to come back and install, and they said they are no longer going to approve the racks because they are not considered a necessity. Then a week later my faucet breaks. Guy comes out fixes it. Then remembers he has to take before and after photos, so he breaks my faucet, takes a photo and repairs it again. Then he leaves, comes back 10 minutes later and says he has to retake the photo because that after image wasn't good enough. Then he leaves. Two days later I get a call that they need to come and take ANOTHER photo. They make me leave work in the middle of the day to let them in. I"ve never rented a property where I had to be present for the OWNER to make repairs. The OWNER should be responsible. That's why I pay $1000 a month. So I can have a normal house, and not have to do maintenance on a home that isn't mine!!!

The lack of communication from this company and the poor customer service is insane. They do nothing but waste your time and money. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!
