Granite Repair San Diego

Review: Granite Repair San Diego came out to my home 4 months ago to repair a crack in my granite countertop in my kitchen. The technician quoted us a price and did the work that was agreed upon. While at our home, he stated that if there were any problems, the company would come back out and fix the work, guaranteed. A few months later, the crack began to open up again. The bonding that he applied has completely flaked off, and it looks as if no repair was ever performed. And, the crack has spread, making this an even bigger problem. To make matters worse, I have called Granite Repair San Diego numerous times and left voice mails, and have emailed the owner/operator a number of times regarding this issue, and to see if we could have someone come out and fix the original poor quality repair. No one has responded to my voice mails or emails.We now have to pay another company more money to have the job done correctly.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of our original payment of $350. It's obvious this company misrepresented to us that they were a professional company that specializes in high quality repairs.
